Senior delivery, no handoff.
Engagements are delivered by senior, credentialed practitioners. No offshore subcontract, no rotating account team. When a job needs a specialty outside our practice, a CMMC C3PAO, a breach attorney, a ransomware negotiator, that's flagged up front and the right partner is brought in.
You keep the files.
Policies, reports, runbooks, diagrams. The source files go to the client at the end of the engagement, Word, Markdown, draw.io, whatever the artifact requires. If you ever change firms, the work goes with you. We don't lock clients into proprietary platforms.
Scoping is free.
Intro calls, scoping sessions, and proposal revisions are not billed. The clock starts the day the statement of work is signed. If we're not the right firm, we'll say so on the intro call.

Where we work.
Central Florida is our home base: Orlando, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, and the surrounding metro. Travel is included in the price for on-site work in that radius.
The firm is a statewide Florida practice. We work with businesses across the entire state, including Tampa and the Tampa Bay region, Jacksonville, Miami, and the Space Coast. We also take remote engagements across the United States. On-site outside Central Florida is quoted separately.
