Cybersecurity Group is a Florida-based cybersecurity consultancy organized around four practice areas: posture, compliance, security leadership, and incident response.
Too many businesses in this size band get bad cybersecurity advice. They get sold tools they don't need, hire MSPs that don't actually own security, or pay national firms that route the work to junior analysts. Our practice is built to do that work directly and in writing, without the account layer a larger firm would wrap around it.
Three commitments that hold across every engagement.
Senior delivery, no handoff.
Engagements are delivered by senior, credentialed practitioners. No junior bench, no offshore subcontract, no rotating account team. When a job needs a specialty outside our practice, a CMMC C3PAO, a breach attorney, a ransomware negotiator, that's flagged up front and the right partner is brought in.
You keep the files.
Policies, reports, runbooks, diagrams. The source files go to the client at the end of the engagement, Word, Markdown, draw.io, whatever the artifact requires. If you ever change firms, the work goes with you. We don't lock clients into proprietary platforms.
Scoping is free.
Intro calls, scoping sessions, and proposal revisions are not billed. The clock starts the day the statement of work is signed. If we're not the right firm, we'll say so on the intro call.
Our consultants hold senior industry credentials across the disciplines we practice. We list these because clients in regulated industries are often required to vet provider qualifications, not because letters after a name make security work better.

Where we work.
Central Florida is our home base: Orlando, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Lake Mary, Altamonte Springs, and the surrounding metro. Travel is included in the price for on-site work in that radius.
The firm is a statewide Florida practice. We work with businesses across the entire state, including Tampa and the Tampa Bay region, Jacksonville, Miami, and the Space Coast. We also take remote engagements across the United States. On-site outside Central Florida is quoted separately.
